* The hire charge is stated on each dress page
includes the postage of the items
to you and the cleaning of the items on its return to us.
It also included the return postage for the outfit.
*We hire to the UK only.
* Your hire items will be sent to you in a secure
but light weight box, please use this box when returning your
hired items.

Please obtain a certificate of postage when you return the item.
* If you live in the North East Essex area we are
happy for you to visit us to try on the outfits.
* The hired items do not need to be cleaned by
you. As most need specialist cleaning this we will do.
* All hire items will be cleaned before there
are put out for hire again - you will always receive clean hire
items.
We accept PayPal, Personal Cheques, Debit and
Credit
cards.

* There is a deposit charge of equal to the hire
charge of the outfit, which will be
repaid on return of the hired dress and/or accessories, either by
post or by hand, in good condition. * Any
repairs or replacement costs for damaged items must be made by
the customer. If the deposit does not cover these then you
will be billed accordingly. For £3 you can cover your hired
outfit against broken zips, lost buttons, unremovable stains and
damage to the outfit.
* Please note we expect some normal wear like a
sequin missing here or there or the hem caught by your shoe. That is expected and you will not
be charged for expected minor damage.
* The deposit can be paid by PayPal, Personal
Cheques, Debit and Credit cards,
which will be repaid, on return of the hired items in
the same good condition that they were sent out to you.
